Customer Agreement

All information resides between Poray Patent and Illustration and the customer. Confidentiality and absolute security is of the utmost importance. Each new customer is required to fill out and return our Confidentiality Form located at the end of the Customer Agreement, before we can begin any work for that customer.

The fees for patent drafting, technical illustration, drawings, etc. are to be agreed upon with client. Higher rates apply for quicker turnaround (also to be discussed with client). With a minimum of $20.00 per page. Customers are billed per hour and not per project. Payment in full is due upon date specified on invoice. We accept checks or money orders. Please make checks payable to Poray Patent and Illustration. All accounts are allotted 30 days for receipt of payment. It is the customers responsibility to see that payment is received by Poray Patent and Illustration within those 30 days. If payment is not received within the term stated, a late fee of $40 per month and/or additional interest will be imposed on all past due invoices. No refunds are issued to the customer. Instead, a credit will be applied to your account. All fees are to be paid in full by 1:00pm on the due date. All invoices will be sent electronically unless otherwise stated by customer. Hardcopies are available upon customer request.

We reserve the right to halt work in progress for all overdue accounts until payment for any open invoices has been received. Also, we reserve the right to deny service and/or receive payment in advance including but not limited to any customer with a history of delinquent payments. Invoices that remain unpaid past 90 days are automatically turned over to a collections agency and the customer is therefore liable for all fees involved including but not limited to those charged by Poray Patent and Illustration, the collection agency and attorney's fees. There is a $40.00 charge for returned checks.

Poray Patent and Illustration is committed to providing exceptional one-on-one service and high quality drawings at affordable rates. Every customer is important to us and we strive to give each of our customers the time and attention to detail necessary to bring each job to completion. In order to better serve you, we ask that you provide us with as much lead time and information as possible and allow us ample time to ensure that each drawing done will meet our high standards of excellence. Every customer is required to read and complete the Customer Agreement page (http//www.poraypatent.com/Agreement/Agreement Page.html). We also reserve the right to refuse work from anyone.

All drawings are completed in full, problems with drawings are to be reported in a prompt and courteous manor. Poray Patent and Illustration will make changes upon request of customer, these changes will be billed in a new invoice. Problems or flaws that have occurred on Poray Patent and Illustration's behalf will be dealt with in the same manor. Payment (if any) for this will be discussed with customer.

All drawings are sent via mail service. There are options to have the drawings sent via Internet with a variety of file types. Please note Poray Patent and Illustration is not responsible for drawings that have been sent by any service. Charges that occur for shipping will also be billed to customer.

By receiving this agreement, you accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set herein. We reserve the right to amend or make changes to this agreement as needed.
